SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates will be determined during your checkout. Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time will vary. Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return and refund policy applies within 30 days of your purchase. Wristbands, hats, and posters are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a clothing item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet our criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items through mail carriers.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in products from The Praying Athlete's website. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, purchased from The Praying Athlete's website. This Limited Warranty covers any physical defects in products under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, The Praying Athlete will replace, at no charge, products that are damaged. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from The Praying Athlete's website is 15 days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that is caused by the buyer's handling of the product.
